Launch of PEL High Density Baler

The PEL high density baler is ideal for compacting and baling plastics that may contain liquid. 

The Packer plate in the high density baler has long strokes which ensure that the bale is being densely compacted from the start of the process. This squeezes out and removes liquid from the plastic. Liquid that has been dispersed from the compaction process is collected in a receiver tray.

The high density baler is the ideal solution for businesses and industries where the recycling and baling plastic is inhibited by the liquid and moisture on plastic.

The superior pressing force removes any excess liquid, making bales denser and more compact and efficient. The high density baler makes it easier to manage and recycle plastic waste.

As with all PEL manufactured balers it is easy to load and there is a bale full indicator which shows when a bale has been made. PEL is manufactured to ISO 9001. The baler has low noise levels.
